Preserve™ Protective Film
Preserve is a clear, removable protective film that is applied on both the inside and outside of insulating glass (IG) units to protect glass from damage, scratches, paint overspray, and dirt. When the job is completed Preserve is simply peeled off and thrown away to reveal spotless, undamaged glass.
Features of Preserve™
- Preserve is a clear factory-applied protective film attached on both inner and outer surfaces, ensuring glass surface is protected from damage, scratches, paint and mud.
- Preserve is clear – unlike makeshift coverups such as newspaper or cardboard – and allows natural light to shine in during construction.
- Preserve peels off in one smooth easy motion, taking all the accumulated dirt and labels with it, revealing spotless and undamaged glass.
- Preserve film contains no harmful chemicals or by-products and can be disposed of with the rest of normal construction site debris.
Please note, Preserve is only available on the smooth side of textured obscure glass.
